relaxing yoga pose of the night… :)
cow face pose with shoulder bind.
opens your hips and shoulders after a long day of building up tension. try it and and remember to breath long, deep breaths! don’t forget to do both sides. if your hands don’t touch behind your back, just leave them as far as you can go where you feel a nice stretch. once your in the bind, you can start to bend forward if that feels good to you. lengthen on your inhales, and sink a little deeper into your exhales.
