breakfast:

  • almond ezekiel cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, banana, and black coffee

snack:

  • trail mix and a pear

lunch:

  • 2 slices of ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with natural peanut butter
  • spinach salad with veggies, organic balsamic dressing, and chickpeas

snack:

  • dark chocolate ensure and a peanut butter & jelly larabar

dinner:

  • amy’s personal cheese pizza

snack:

  • chobani greek yogurt and almonds
