- 2 slices of ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with natural peanut butter
- spinach salad with veggies, organic balsamic dressing, and chickpeas

- dark chocolate ensure and a peanut butter & jelly larabar
dinner:
- amy’s personal cheese pizza
snack:
- chobani greek yogurt and almonds

i also had a few almonds with my first snack to up the calories, and just now with my greek yogurt. WHY i forget to write them… i have no idea.
