breakfast: ezekiel almond cereal, vanilla almond milk, banana slices, coffee
lunch: org chips/salsa + salad with org balsamic dressing
snack: venti americano and the other half of my whole wheat blueberry muffin from whole foods (perf combo)
dinner: salad with veggies, a hard boiled egg, and grilled chicken with bbq sauce
snack: the froyo i posted about
breakfast: 2 slices ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with raw peanut butter, honey, and banana. a cup of black coffee
lunch: organic salad with veggies and balsamic dressing. mary’s gone crackers sea salt pretzels, baby carrots, and a big spoonful of sunbutter for dipping
snack: organic pear with strawberry banana chobani yogurt
dinner: personal amy’s vegan vegetable pizza
snack: organic apple with raw peanut butter

dinner: turkey burger on an all natural roll with sweet potato
snack: slice of choc. chip pound cake with sunbutter
breakfast: ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with raw peanut butter, honey, banana, and black coffee
snack: piece of banana bread and dark choc. pretzel peanut butter
lunch: tuna mixed with greek yogurt and chopped pepper / baby carrots and garlic hummus / mary’s gone caraway crackers
snack: peanut butter cookie larabar
dinner: whole foods buffet… too much to type. lots of garlic/lemon kale, tofu, and different salads and such.. twas good
snack: sea salt caramel gelato ~ so pumped to try this! and sleepytime tea
