Spinach, organic pomegranate dressing, organic croutons, cucumber, carrots, yellow pepper, and tomato! Mmm! It’s so yummy. Perfect energizer before my afternoon yoga practice. I did 50 minutes of yoga this morning to awaken my body and mind, but now I’m getting into a more physical practice. I’m not so stiff and inflexible now that I’ve had time to open. Hope you guys are having good days!
