breakfast: ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with raw peanut butter, honey, banana, and black coffee
snack: piece of banana bread and dark choc. pretzel peanut butter
lunch: tuna mixed with greek yogurt and chopped pepper / baby carrots and garlic hummus / mary’s gone caraway crackers
snack: peanut butter cookie larabar
dinner: whole foods buffet… too much to type. lots of garlic/lemon kale, tofu, and different salads and such.. twas good
snack: sea salt caramel gelato ~ so pumped to try this! and sleepytime tea
