cowabungaindeed asked: What is a "disordered thought" and why isn't it real?
They’re thoughts that are formed due to my eating disorder, not my own healthy thoughts. But, sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference. I don’t expect anyone who isn’t going through this to understand.
