breakfast: chocolate almond butter, raw peanut butter, two slices ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread, banana

snack: yogi green tea, cappuccino larabar, almonds

lunch: tuna mixed with greek yogurt, chopped pepper, crackers, carrots, hummus

snack: pear, raw peanut butter

dinner: spinach burger on whole grain bread, tofu salad

snack: mango chobani yogurt
