I am so sick of doctors
I so sick of the way the nurses look at me when they see my weight, silently judging me. I hate the way the hospital workers look at me head to toe when they see “eating disorder” written on my script. I’m tired of getting weighed. I’m tired of being questioned. I have two appointments this week then I think I’m done for a while, thank gosh.

morning :)
i started off today doing 20 minutes of stretching balance yoga on my own, then switched into some challenging sadi nardini videos since i’m loving her so much lately!
this is by far my favorite routine. it’s challenging, gets you sweaty, AND works your body from the inside out. awesome.

sweating forever
that yoga practice was so great! i was really heating up. in my practice, i don’t really jump from pose to pose. i take my time in each pose. like holding warrior II, chair, or high lunge for extra breathes! instead of moving quickly, if you savor more challenging poses like that, i feel like it’s more beneficial at times. it works my muscles so much more, which does make me feel...

Busy days at the hospital!
Yesterday and today I had to come to the hospital for my thyroid tests. I won’t know the results until next Thursday when I go to the specialist but I hope nothing looked too bad! dear me,
stop getting frustrated with your inability to touch your knee to your forehead from downdog split in the morning. yes, even though you’ve stretched for 20 minutes (argh) your body will open in time.
also, don’t take your frustration out by slamming your knee into your forehead in annoyance. it will hurt.
